[ Windows error ]
There is a problem with your Windows. There is no device in device manager. Please proceed in the following order and then use the 3DP Chip again.
1. Reboot your computer(many times).
2. Virus or spyware is main cause of problem : 'Computer' or 'My Computer'(right click) >> Manage > Services and Applications >> Services >> 'Plug and Play' & 'Windows Audio'(double click) >> Stop and Start >> And... fix to virus or spyware.
3. Registry problem : Clean your registry with a registry cleaning program.
4. If your computer is running at it's overclocked speed : Undo overclock.
5. Try to use the 'System Restore' tool in your Windows.
6. Try to unplug a LAN(Network) cable and then reinstall the Windows.
* In most cases, '2' cause this problem. |
