[ Driver download ] This is not program bug. Windows or Hardware is the reason for problem. Just follow the steps in this list until the problem is resolved.  1. Reboot your computer(many times).  2. Virus or Spyware is main cause of problem : 'Computer' or 'My Computer'(right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > 'Plug and Play'(double click) > Stop and Start. And fix to virus & spyware.  3. Registry problem : Clean your registry with a registry cleaning program.  4. Hardware problem : If you have an add-in Video(Graphic) card > to re-installing the Video(Graphic) card(Hardware. not driver!).  5. If your computer is running at it's overclocked speed : Undo overclock.  6. Try to use the 'System Restore' tool in Windows.  7. Try to unplug a LAN(Network) cable & Reinstall Windows.  8. Is your power supply enough for your Video(Graphic) card?  9. If it is yet to be solved : The Video(Graphic) device is not exist or defective device.
